LOVED it while it was functioning... But the internal retractable mechanism stopped working winch makes it useless. My dog is not a large dog (15 lbs), so it wasn't that. And the seller wouldn't replace it either. :o(

I frequently go to the park with my Coton. She has never ran away before, but it's an open park in downtown. There is not a large margin for error. This product basically combines an extend a leash type of a lead with a steak. The combination makes for a very nice product that keeps your pup tangle free. There is really only one downside. The park that I go to has a lot of dogs and dog owners like to come say hi to my Coton. A lot of different dogs around the retract around may cause them to get tangled. This product would be absolutely perfect for a front yard, but not 100% idea if you are going to be around multiple dogs.

Tested on a very active toy poodle (4 lbs) while camping. It worked just fine. I can imagine that a larger dog could possible damage the unit.

Like the product but the product did not hold up, the leash broken and I had to feed the leash back into the
stopper.
The product is used by my mini dashound only 10 pounds.
Love the idea of the product - should be made a little stronger.

My 10 pound dog broke it in less than 24 hours. It is a great idea for a product it just needs to be made better.
