A feral cat running loose in the community became discouraged at the prospects over her maybe 5th winter on the 'run' -- she decided that a warm room and regular meals had advantages not to be found in the 'wild'. But indoors was a bit over-the-top---this insulated retreat has been a blessing for Kitty-Kat and she is ever appreciative of a sanctuary away from the threats of resident coyotes---everyone wins with the possible exception of the coyotes, but I have hope that they too will have their needs met. That's the way it is.

My husband and I just purchased this house for this winter. It is engineered amazing well and constructed with superior materials. Very easy to put together, took no more than 10 minutes. Our fussy feline immediately took to it and seems quite happy. Great size, enough for two cats no more than 12 lbs each, which ours is only about 8-9 lbs so there is ample room for a thermal mat or rug.
